  1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Identification and contact information, including your name, email address, telephone number, and shipping and billing addresses.

• Transaction information, including products purchased, order amount, currency, payment status, shipping information, returns, refunds, and communications relating to an order.

• Payment information necessary to complete a transaction. Full payment-card information is generally processed directly by Shopify or the applicable payment provider and is not stored by ChidoTuPerro.

• Device and usage information, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, and interactions with the website.

• Information you voluntarily provide, including product reviews, photographs, survey responses, customer-support messages, and other communications.

• Information required for fraud prevention, security, accounting, tax, regulatory compliance, and the establishment or defense of legal claims.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information. Please do not submit sensitive information unless it is strictly necessary and specifically requested.

  1. PRIMARY PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

We use personal information to:

• Process payments, orders, deliveries, tracking, cancellations, returns, refunds, warranties, and customer-support requests.

• Create and manage customer accounts and authenticate users.

• Communicate with you regarding orders, service notices, security matters, and requests submitted to us.

• Prevent fraud, abusive activity, unauthorized transactions, and security incidents.

• Maintain transaction, accounting, tax, and consumer-protection records.

• Comply with applicable laws and lawful requests from competent authorities.

• Operate, maintain, diagnose, measure, and improve our website and services.

These purposes are necessary to provide the products and services requested by the customer.

  1. MARKETING AND OTHER SECONDARY PURPOSES

When permitted by applicable law, or with your consent when required, we may use your contact and interaction information to:

• Send promotions, product announcements, recommendations, and surveys.

• Personalize content and commercial communications.

• Measure the effectiveness of advertising and promotional campaigns.

You may withdraw your consent or opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting support@chidotuperro.store. Refusing marketing communications will not affect the processing or delivery of an existing order.

  1. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We may disclose or make personal information available only as reasonably necessary to:

• Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform and related infrastructure.

• Payment processors and financial institutions.

• Product suppliers, fulfillment partners, warehouses, and shipping carriers that prepare or deliver orders.

Because ChidoTuPerro serves customers in Mexico and the United States and uses international service providers, information may be processed in Mexico, the United States, or other countries where those providers operate.

Where required, transfers will be made with your consent or under an exception or other legal basis permitted by applicable law, including transfers necessary to maintain or fulfill the legal relationship between ChidoTuPerro and the customer.

Service providers acting on our instructions may use information only to provide the contracted services and must apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Certain providers may act as independent controllers for particular processing activities and maintain their own privacy notices.

  1. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Our website and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for:

• Essential functions such as the shopping cart, checkout, account sessions, fraud prevention, and website security.

• Remembering preferences and improving functionality.

• Analytics, performance measurement, and error detection.

• Advertising and campaign measurement, when enabled and legally permitted.

You may manage nonessential technologies through the privacy controls available on the website or through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent some website functions from operating correctly.

  1. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, provide services, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and establish or defend legal claims.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If a security incident significantly affects your rights or interests, we will provide notice when required by applicable law.

We may retain information when required by law or when an applicable legal exception prevents deletion or cancellation.

  1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our services are not directed to children who lack legal capacity to purchase products independently. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the involvement or authorization required by applicable law.

These rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, opting out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or sharing, and appealing a denied request.

ChidoTuPerro does not sell personal information for monetary payment. However, some advertising or analytics technologies, if enabled, may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state laws.

Where legally required, applicable choices will be available through our website privacy controls or by contacting support@chidotuperro.store. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

  1. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own notices. ChidoTuPerro is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of unaffiliated third-party websites.
